This trip was a beautiful confirmation that the work being done in translation and printing is not in vain. The books are not just sitting on a shelf — they are reaching the people. We are thankful for the faithful support that has made this trip and the ongoing work in Pakistan possible.
On this trip, we had the opportunity to minister in three main areas: Karachi, Hyderabad, and Mirpur Khas.
Karachi
In Karachi, we met personally with the translators who are working faithfully to bring the messages of Bro. Branham into the local Urdu language. It was such a blessing to be with them and see firsthand the dedication and sacrifice behind the translation work.
We held two services there, ministering to the believers in a joint fellowship of many churches. The people were very receptive and rejoiced to receive the word.
It is wonderful to be able to support the translation work from the USA, but to stand in the very place where the work is being done and see the hunger for truth among the people was incredible.
Hyderabad
A Salvation Army captain who has been receiving books and fellowshipping with the believers hosted a meeting in his church. We received a full Pakistani welcome, which included flower garlands, shawls of honor, and special handmade hats.
The Message of the hour was preached without fear or favor, and the hearts of many people were touched.
Midnight singspiration
Mirpur Khas
A street meeting was arranged by a Oneness Pentecostal pastor who was hungry to hear more about the Message. This was a unique and special experience. Over 200 people gathered in the street, mostly sitting on large blankets.
The Word was preached that the prophecies of the Bible have been fulfilled in this day and that God has already sent His vindicated prophet-messenger, William Marion Branham. It was announced that the Message of the hour has come to gather a Bride from every nation and people.
After the preaching, believers began walking through the crowd handing out translated Message books to many eager people.
To see the end result of all the labor and financial support that has been put into the translation and printing work — to see the Message in the hands of the people — was simply sublime.
